Please contact us before returning any goods. Goods returned without contacting us will not be accepted.
If you have ordered the wrong item or size please notify us by email immediately. We will be happy to exchange it for you providing you return it (suitably packaged) in a resaleable condition (unworn and unwashed, and in an 'as new' condition) within 7 days of receiving it.
Please Note: Carriage will be charged on replacements sent to you & on orders sent back to us by non collection by the customer from there local mail centre. If we make an error and send you the wrong item, we will reimburse you for the return carriage and pay for carriage on the replacement item.
NEW ROCK BOOTS & SHOES RETURNS
NEW ROCK PRODUCTS are dispatched direct from the manufacturers NEW ROCK in Spain. NEW ROCK boots/shoes that need to be returned unless faulty will be subject to a returns fee which is imposed by NEW ROCK and which we have to pass on to the customer and will differ dependant on the country you are in. This will be invoiced to you before collection can be arranged.
PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU ORDER THE CORRECT SIZE.
NEW ROCK CUSTOM MADE BOOTS/SHOES ARE NOT RETURNABLE & CAN NOT BE CANCELLED ONCE ORDERED.
ROCKMANIA ONLINE (and all other UK companies) in compliance with The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, are duty bound to accept returned goods within 7 working days of delivery, providing the goods are returned in a re-saleable condition. 'Re-saleable condition' means that the item has not been worn or washed,and are in the same new condition as when the item/items were sent to you, including all packaging. You can therefore send back your item for any reason up to 7 working days after delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. PLEASE NOTE: Carriage is not refunded. Please ensure that the item is properly packaged, & that the correct postage is paid.
