Ordering & Payment for UK Customers:
Telephone: Payment can be made by credit/debit card, please ring 0845 2727 666 Mon - Fri 10am - 5pm.
We accept all major UK Credit/Debit cards including American Express
Paypal: Payments can be made online through Paypal using Visa, Mastercard, Visa Delta, Switch, Maestro, Solo, Visa Electron, American Express, or you can use your personal Paypal account. Please Note: You don't need to be a member of PayPal to buy using a credit card.
Bank Transfer: Please ring or email us for our Bank Details.
Sorry but we longer accept cheques or Postal Orders
Ordering & Payment for Overseas Customers:
When ordering from out side the UK we would strongly recommend you request items to be sent via International Signed for. This means your parcel can be tracked and missing parcels are then easier to trace.

International Bank Transfer: Payments in UK £'s only. Please email us for our Bank Details.
International Money Orders: in UK Pounds Only! WE CANNOT ACCEPT MONEY ORDERS IN US DOLLARS!, WE CANNOT ACCEPT CHECKS DRAWN ON US BANK ACCOUNTS!
Unfortunately we can not accept Money Orders in US Funds! This is due to high bank charges at our end. Money orders must be made out in UK Pounds!

When will i receive my order?
Usually we dispatch most orders within 2 to 10 days from receipt of order but this can take longer during busy times i.e Christmas
UK customers should expect their items to arrive within 3-7 days from the notifcation of dispatch email.
Other EU customers within 4-10 days and people outside the EU within 7-20 days from the notifcation of dispatch email.
UK customers who have opted to use Special Delivery will receive their goods by the next working day following the notifcation of dispatch email.
If your goods don't arrive within the timeframe mentioned above please contact your local mail delivery office to see if they are holding your goods for you before getting in touch with us to chase delivery (as this is the first thing we'll ask you to do anyway).
Damaged Parcel?
If you receive a parcel which is damaged to such an extent that the contents are also damaged, please retain all packaging/contents & contact us by phone or email within 48 hours of delivery so we can initiate a claim against Royal Mail. A representative of Royal Mail may wish to visit you to inspect the damaged packaging and goods.

Returns:
Please contact us before returning any goods. Goods returned without contacting us will not be accepted.
You can ring us on 0845 2727 666 to request a returns authorization number Mon - Fri 9am - 5pm.
If you have ordered the wrong item or size please notify us by email immediately. We will be happy to exchange it for you providing you return it (suitably packaged) in a resaleable condition (unworn and unwashed, and in an 'as new' condition) within 7 days of receiving it.
Please Note: Carriage will be charged on replacements sent to you. If we make an error and send you the wrong item, we will reimburse you for the return carriage and pay for carriage on the replacement item.
ROCKMANIA ONLINE (and all other UK companies) in compliance with The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, are duty bound to accept returned goods within 7 working days of delivery, providing the goods are returned in a re-saleable condition. 'Re-saleable condition' means that the item has not been worn or washed,and are in the same new condition as when the item/items were sent to you, including all packaging. You can therefore send back your item for any reason up to 7 working days after delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. PLEASE NOTE: Carriage is not refunded. Please ensure that the item is properly packaged, & that the correct postage is paid.

Cancelling an Order?
Once you have placed an order it is generally not possible to cancel it, since once we have ordered your item from our supplier we have to pay for & accept delivery of the item.
Only in exceptional circumstances can we accept an order cancellation, however we will make a charge of £3 to cover our admin fees.
If for any reason we cancel your order (eg. the item is no longer available) we will make a full refund.

Merchandise Colours and Design:
Usually the colour & design of a shirt you see on our website will be the design and colour you receive. However, the images and descriptions we use are supplied by the manufacturer and occasionally the manufacturer will make small changes to the design this could include a small change in the placement or size of some text/design, or in the colour/shape of an emblem. On shirts that are not black or white, the shade of the overall colour of the shirt may sometimes vary (eg. slightly lighter or darker shade of navy on a navy shirt - please also bear in mind that the colours shown on computer monitors are not always accurate).
The manufacturer does not normally inform us about the change so we have no way of knowing until we receive the item in stock, and even then we don't have the time to compare each item to the picture on our site before we send them out. If the exact design is important to you, please let us know when you order and we'll do our best to check the item before we send it to you.
We reserve the right to supply an item that has a minor change unless the customer has specifically requested otherwise at the time of ordering.
